We are minutes from Beaver Lake in GORGEOUS NW Arkansas. The property is a treed four-acre wood with native stone rock bluffs, trails, gardens, a spring and a creek.  

The Ventris boat launch is 6 miles away for a nice day of kayaking and swimming on the lake, or you can go to Lost Bridge North or South Army-corp of Engineers parks for sightseeing or a nice picnic in about 10 minutes. 

NW Arkansas is nationally recognized for its multi-use and mountain biking trails. Additionally, we are not far from many other popular attractions including War Eagle Cavern, and other caves and caverns you can tour, and The Hobbs Recreation Area, 25 minutes to Eureka Springs, only 15 minutes from Rogers or downtown Bentonville with the amazing Crystal Bridges Art Museum.
